At UBS Consultants, we adopt a holistic approach to offer our clients an optimal a solution that will meet their needs as well as budget. Our consultants will perform analysis of potential clients’ operational requirements and existing problems. At the same time, we will assess the end user’s capability and aptitude towards use of software and information Technology. Maintenance & Support Services

We strive to provide a comprehensive support to all our clients. We will propose the most efficient and effective method to resolve their problem to reduce the down time of the system to the minimum.

Telephone Support – We have a team of Support Executives available to answer your query.

Support via email – If the problems cannot not be resolved over the telephone, user can send the backup files via email to us for investigations. 

On-Site Support – If for some reasons the files cannot be emailed, we will send our Support Executive to visit the client on-site to resolve the problem.

There will be value added to our client when we take effort to ensure that all users are properly trained and proficient in the use of software. We will propose different type of training according to users’ technical competency and computer knowledge.

We conduct on-site and classroom training session and lecture notes will be provided.

Classroom training sessions are conducted at our in-house training room. All trainees will have a computer for hands-on session while the trainer walk through the usage of the software.

On-site training are conducted using life data at the client’s office. We will guide user through the training session using company’s actual data and handhold the user in the process of setup and implementation.
